The hotel and the pool is very nice. The food was amazing. And I usually never leave negative feedback but here we go. We had a terrible time getting clean water for the room after paying for all-inclusive. Wow! Probably why I was sick most of the week. Restaraunt staff are rude, slow & clearly not experienced. Asking for tips is not appropriate behaviour. Almost each breakfast was wrong. It took on average an hour each day to serve breakfast. Like Bacon and Eggs and toast. Not that complicated folks. What I’m referring to is 5 servers and only 2 tables occupied. We have actual footage of the one server spending his morning talking to the hostess. Simple things like bring cream with coffee took 20-30 minutes, several requests to several servers, and several back and forth to the table. On one occasion my girlfriend walked past the servers to the snack bar and wait almost 10 minutes as the servers just looked at her. When she finally just started helping herself the security stopped. Again, the servers stood watching her. Took almost 30min to get nachos? It took almost 2 hours one evening for dinner. Jose, Alberto were great on the first couple days and the rest of the week was terrible service. Obviously these were all brand new servers with no experience but management needs to train them better. In fact the manager was there in the morning as we waited over an hour for a simple breakfast and they did nothing. DO NOT buy all inclusive.
