Our room was a studio suite on 3rd floor. Our air conditioner was dropping such much water that there was a small pool on the floor. On the third time to try to have it fixed, we finally agreed with the maintenance guy to shut it down and not use it. The kitchen area, stove top (greasy)and appliances blender and coffee machine were NOT clean. Had to leave a note for housekeeping. The bed was comfortable but there should be night tables and lamps instead having to use overhead lights. We had to share our balcony with the next room. Luckily it was not a smoker or a loud person. However the person on the other side of the wall, their smoke was not pleasant. The location of Los Picos and price per night was very good. During our stay there was violence in P.V and the staff at Los Picos were amazing to keep us safe, informed and fed during lockdown. Even while I'm sure they would have rathered been home with their families they stayed with us to ensure our wellbeing. My family stayed in a suite, pool view. It had everything we needed, including a blender to make those blended drinks!🍹 The only complaint would be the bed and pillows. They're hard. On day 4, after we returned to our suite from an excursion, there was a major flood coming down from the floor above. They were quick to accommodate and move us to a new suite. It didn't impact sny of our belongings thankfully. We appreciated the quick and kind service! The infinity pool and beach is the best part!
