The rooms are very small and musty. Very lumpy beds and pillows. The entire facility seemed damp and musty smelling. The food was surprisingly fresh and of good quality

Alberto (concierge), Theresa (buffet server) and all of the housekeeping staff were truly amazing. I could not have asked for a nicer team. they were knowledgeable, helpful and caring and more than could've expect.

Rating - 5/5 ocean view room premium suite - 1/5 room was only stocked first day with 1 coke,1 lite coke ,1 Fanta,2 waters ,1 tecate ,1 tecate light- 3 people for our room it had 1 floor towel and 1 bath towel - we had to call for them to bring up more towels - but the next day they took our towels so we were back to 2 towels for 3 people - the day before checkout our new house keeper gave us 4 bath towels, 2 floor towels and believe it or not 2 wash cloths for sink! And 4 waters … food was edible 2/5 (the 2 is really for the fries by the pool area) 1/5 for drinks - But it seemed like I can drink from a bottle of how lite the shots/drinks were - and drinking so many and not even a slight “buzz” wasn’t a good thing in my book. Staff 3/5 everyone just seemed so busy or caught up w something. 2/5 for the pool (pool is HUGE) downfall a lot of mold growing around the pool in between the tiles . They need to have half there staff w a scrubber aT least once a month in the pool for maintenance to clear the growing issue . 5/5 it being close to airport
