The main issue with a hotel is food, don’t wait anything special, breakfast is ok and the rest is overpriced and small choice.

Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.

Every worker was friendly worked hard! Worked hard even during the rain. The guys working to remove the sargassum worked so hard and did amazing job. Didn’t care for the food.

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The location is stunning, and I loved the overall layout of the property. It has so much potential and makes a great first impression. Unfortunately, the service did not match the beauty of the resort. From the front desk to the concierge and even the waitstaff, the customer service was consistently disappointing. Staff members were often unfriendly, unhelpful, and inattentive, which really took away from the experience. I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Cancun, and this was by far the most disappointing. Our room was not very clean upon arrival, and because of the resort’s layout, everything felt very spread out, requiring a lot of walking. Several bars were closed during our stay, the alcohol tasted watered down, and the buffet food lacked quality and variety. Overall, while the property itself is gorgeous, the poor service, cleanliness issues, disappointing food and drinks, and lack of attention to guests made this a resort I would not choose to stay at again.

My husband and I are in love with this resort. Everything about this resort is perfect. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel upon arrival. The lobby is open air, minimalist, tastefully decorated and clean. Actually, the entire resort is very clean. There is always someone cleaning or minding the plants in the common areas. We decided to stay here to celebrate our 43rd anniversary and this resort did not disappoint. They celebrated our anniversary every night after dinner with a cake and sparklers. On our anniversary night, there was a cake and bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room after dinner. My husband and I are not pool people. We hung out at the beach most of our stay. Though there were sargassum, nonetheless we still enjoyed the beach and the sound of crashing waves. What makes this resort special in my opinion are the employees. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. These are the staff I have encountered and had a pleasure of meeting. Overall the stay was good, the negative was that the room had a strong smell of mold and the food was not the very best. Staff were amazing and welcoming!! They have different activity's every day which is pretty nice and also a live Dj …. A bunch of raccoons roaming around the property.

Really good location in the center of it all. Beds can use improvement but staff was so helpful and honest. I would definitely stay there again.
