"Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day....

"My stay was exceptional. From the moment I arrived to departure, the staff was outstanding. My host, Zuleima, was professional, friendly and attentive. She answered all my questions quickly and correctly and provided superior service. Additionally, Christian at Avec, Flavio at Mi Carisa, and Angel at 2087 provided first-class service at each restaurant. Furthermore, Alexis, the manager, asked for my feedback and provided complimentary amenities for an issue I encountered. The food was excellent at each eatery, and every single staff member greeted me with a smile and hello. I definitely will return to Unico. Thank you!"

"Property is beautiful. Swimming pools and amenities were great. Rooms were clean and spacious with great a/c Mini bar stocked daily. Booking the themed restaurants wasn’t easy. A few were closed for refurbs and some not open for half the week. Getting a table was hard as they seem to save a lot of them for the members they have. You do get hassled quite regularly by some of the concierge especially to go to membership/timeshare meetings with the promise they will book you a table if you go."

"We liked that we could travel to all the other properties on the resort via the double decker bus. We did feel the Riviera Maya Adults Only was too clean cut. Had no Mexican personality and only offered breakfast and lunch buffet. Had to make reservations at the restaurants if available or go to the other properties for dinner buffet."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! We stayed for seven days, six nights and I leave with a heavy heart; leaving such an extraordinary resort and wonderful experience. The views are beautiful, the food was delicious and the pool and beach were refreshing. The staff were so lovely they made you feel like family. Special shoutout to Angeles who made me feel so cared for. I would 100% recommend this resort to everyone because you will experience true luxury and care during your stay. Absolutely marrvelous experience."

"I had a fantastic day celebrating my 25th birthday here. The place is spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The room layout was spa like and gorgeous for pictures. However, if you’re looking for nightlife, you’ll be disappointed. The main-floor bar closes at around 11 PM, and the sports bar is usually empty. On the bright side, the pools are well-maintained during the day, and the food and drinks are quite good."

"Our stay at Dreams Tulum was wonderful from start to finish. My fiancé and I had such a fun and relaxing time, and the staff made the experience even more special with their kindness, attentiveness, and amazing service. The resort had such a peaceful, natural atmosphere that made every walk feel like an adventure. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to get married here!"
