Due to the present COVID restrictions in Peel we have not been authorised to open our pool and this is stated on the property details page. We do understand your concern with flexibility to make changes to your booking, but this can be easily done by contacting the third party agent that you used to do your booking( their T&C's apply.) If you book directly with the hotel then the cancellation policy is 6pm on the day of arrival. We do apologise for a genuine human error of not placing the cutlery in your grab and go breakfast.
