"It is a clean hotel. Good workers and environment. The elevator is not the fanciest. Pool was closed down. My dry cleaning things got lost. Eventually was found but it was 4 days after and sent to my house. I have not received the dry cleaning things yet."

"Great stay! Room was clean, restaurant food was good. Outdoor pool was like bath water. The indoor pool was “under maintenance” ..sure it was.. we booked this hotel to have indoor and outdoor pool options in case of weather.
Great hotel ! "

"We stayed here one night in June 2022. We had the room with the king sized bed, which was extremely comfortable. The hostess greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. This place was recently renovated and it is very clean and comfortable. We shared two bathrooms with the other guests. Wifi is available. The location is good, close to shops and restaurants and the TTC. The only issue was a group of people who decided to start playing music in the park across the street at 5:20 in the morning -- but of course this is not the hosts' fault. Overall, we would highly recommend this place for those who want to stay downtown. You will have to find your own offsite parking."
