Stayed on a Friday night for a wedding nearby. Deluxe room was very nice with a kitchenette but no kitchenware. Quiet. Bed was good. Elevators were fast. Wine store nearby. We had to park nearby in order to check in and it was expensive - $60 for the night. Breakfast was included but there were hardly any other guests. Service in the restaurant was friendly but even though it wasn't busy, servers forgot basics like seasonings and jams. My wife's french toast was burned on one side - odd because it wasn't busy. Overall, a good experience at this hotel - we would stay again.

Hotel was very nice! Very spacious rooms! The staff was friendly but we had issues. I had to call 3 times to get ice the first time. Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. It took way too long for them to fix the issue. We finally got a new room at 1pm .

The room was very clean and nicely appointed. It’s a rough neighbourhood so the exterior was sketchy and there was no valet parking which for a single woman in the city is not very safe. The staff at check in and check out were very professional and efficient.
