The building was under renovation; there is a large apartment condo complex being built right behind the building, and the door to the unit was ill-fitting (large gap between the door and the door frame) letting in lots of sound from the hallway. The unit is nicely finished, but the kitchen is not as well stocked as other VRBO locations. While it has a dishwasher, you would run out of...

"The photographs of this property depict a luxury apartment. Nothing could be further from the truth. The apartment is located in a run down block in a run down dangerous area of Toronto. The apartment is old run down and the air con didn't work. The decoration was old and very poor. We left immediately and am demanding a full refund from VRBO so far without success. I will not use VBRO again either."
