Incredible 1-bedroom apartment, ideal for 2 people, just 2 blocks from 5th avenue. Perfect for couples, families or friends looking for a comfortable place in the heart of Playa del Carmen.
Furnished and equipped with excellent amenities such as GYM, reading room, games room, rooftop with infinity pool, kids area, main pool, etc. The ideal place to enjoy the destination.

The apartment is perfectly furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy the space. Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cable TV, WiFi. with with private patio.

You have access to all the condo amenities, 2 pools, spa, sauna, steam room, games room, cinema, business center, gym, yoga, roof top, kids club, some of them under prior reservation.
It is NOT necessary to reserve the pools, the one on the rooftop is exclusively for adults and the main one is for families.

All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this apartment is a few steps from the famous 5th Avenue, Mamitas beach, Coralina, shopping centers such as Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall.

Everything its nearby activities can be done on foot, you can also take a taxi or minibus, we can help you rent cars and scooters if you require it.
