Everything was clean and comfortable. My recommendation would be to remove the safe in the room and add a refrigerator. Then, it would have been perfect. The staff was nice and very accomodating. I would stay again if we had a refrigerator.

No refrigerator or microwave. We expected better conditions for the price we paid. Excellent location, walking distance to major ...
The hotel was great, it was clean and very quiet. Excellent location, Close to all the hustle and bustle, Central Park, Time Square and 5th Ave, with the subway right around the corner. The only downside was we found the staff unfriendly and a bit rude.
