Monique and the entire staff went above and beyond. The bed and room were amazing and the Singapore restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent for dinner and breakfast.
All staff friendly and helpful, always spoke and asked how you were, even after checking out and waiting for a taxi
Very nice upscale feeling when you walk into the lobby. Everyone was friendly and gracious. The room was two double beds and a pull out couch, but the beds barely fit into the room and the pull out hit the end of the built in desk. A little tight! Also, the included breakfast was a nightmarish parallel ...
Nice staff. Little pricy for an old hotel. But, it has a perfect location and room was very clean.
The location and price were what made our decision to stay here and we are so glad we did. Literally steps to Times Square, great onsite restaurants, very reasonably priced and location was just what we were looking for. We walked to Rockefeller Center easily to see the tree...no cab needed. We will ...
Great hotel with an amazing location. However, the rooms are small. The staff was great and friendly.
Very convenient location. Spacious room. My room looked better than the photo of this site. It is not fresh & fancy hotel but everything worked properly. They provide yoga mat and video in room.
Great location. Close to the theaters. It was very hard to get ahold of the front desk. The phone was never answered even after many attempts at different times.
I enjoyed the location close to everything. Great customer service from the front desk to the room workers. Very pricey to eat at the hotel & bar with no happy hour. Enjoyed bar next door for Happy Hour and for dinner.
