great location, staff and LOCATION! wish it was a little cleaner and better maintained !
Right price near theaters. Staff is willing to help. I finally got used to the ne key system -both like and dislike
Good condition for an older "classic" property, rooms a good size for midtown Manhattan (I've stayed in some real closets before). Street was quiet at night, so sleep was not an issue. Ran a little low on hot water one morning. Also had an issue with room mini fridge, which was quickly resolved.
Reserved a double. But got upgraded to a suite. Couldnt get into room til 5 pm, but it was quite nice. Great location for a stay associated with a show weekend.
Customer services could use a smile, however, everything else was phenomenal. The correlation between departments, and ambiance is very relaxed from the sleepless city.
Super modern very clean and close to everything Times Square is an 8 minute walk this hotel was a very convenient location for my trip.
Property was really old and one of the elevators was broken so we had to wait long time to go up&down. Although the rooms and the furniture was old, it was clean and comfortable so it was ok. The location was amazing though.
I especially liked that it was located right on times square..what i didnt like was that it seemed that the hot water would run out,and you would have to wait for the hot water to build up again....so i learned to take quick showers...
Everything was wonderful!!!! We truly enjoyed our stay... The staff and check-in staff was very accommodating to every need we had during our stay... they even supplied us with umbrellas during the unexpected rainfall... we will most definitely recommend ROOSEVELT HOTEL... and we will be back !!!!! ...
