"The room was worn, with cracked tiles in the bathroom, but the bed was clean and the sheets were fresh. The elevator could definitely be improved, though it is an older building, so it is slow. Some of the corridors are extremely narrow, especially when guests are moving luggage, and you may need to wait at the ends while others pass through. Overall, I would recommend it for the location and the surrounding neighborhood, especially since there are very few alternatives nearby. Just go in with realistic expectations about the age and condition of the building."

"The first night in our room, we had no water pressure and the air-conditioning did not work. They told us that they were sold out, but they would have a new room for us next day and that I would not be charged for that night. I asked if I could have a fan to move the air around in our room at 4 PM on Monday. I asked again then I asked again around 11 PM because it was so hot and then it finally at 3 AM they brought me a fan. I asked for my refund. Today, Thursday when we were checking out and they said that they could not help me because I booked through Expedia I tried calling Expedia three times and got hung up on three times when I explained my situation we were talking to other people in the hotel, and they were having the same issues I would never use Expedia again to book anything there is no reason they couldn’t help me get reimbursed for at least one night and you could not shower for two days and it was 90° there but just to get hung up when I tried to explain my situation from Expedia iis uncalled for"
