The elevators kept going down. Going up 15 flight of stairs with luggage was not fun. They also charged us a smoking fee, which we don't smoke. They indicated that their smoke detector went off and they still have to charge us. They only explanation I had was the flat iron for our hair; however, she still said no. We are not smokers at all, in fact, I cannot stand the smell, and they still charged us. Extremely disappointed.

Elevator needs to be updated. There was only one working elevator with a huge group in the hotel. It was crazy. Luckily some of the staff let us take the service elevator. I felt sorry for the older folks at the hotel waiting and waiting. We took the stairs several times instead.

Customer service is great. Elevators are constantly either not working or full. We had to take elevator going up to then wait going down stopping at each fllor eventhough it was full. A few times, we just took the stairs

The rooms are very old. Carpet is very old. Rooms are very dated. The hotel location was great. Very close to Central Park , Starbucks down stairs. The staff was friendly but it’s more like a motel not a hotel.

We were only there for one evening. The hotel was extremely busy. Elevators were not alll working only one o. Each side of the building. So very inconvenient. We would wait 30 minutes to get anywhere. Phones in room not working so couldn’t call the fro t desk. Other than that it was fine. It did the job.

This hotel was wonderful in every way. The only thing that irked me was waiting on the ONE working elevator. If this was fixed, this hotel would be the best ever!!!!

The hotel has blocks from both Times Square and Central Park, so that all goes without saying it was a nice location. But I would like to shout out to David and Marco for the painless exit to the airport. I’m grateful that they were able to help us make a seamless transition back out of town. Thanks
