My husband and I love staying at CitizenM and we plan to continue booking at other locations! It was just unfortunate that this weekend the hotel itself was having a lot of issues: our blinds not working properly, the tv outage and our colorful lights weren’t workings . But overall, our stay at the Times Square location was great! Place was awesome, staff were friendly and they even make us a card for our babymoon!

We arrived late due to the IT glitch on 7/19/24, at a very late hour. The revolving door was locked (which I liked at that hour in the heart of NYC)and had to buzz in to the front desk, the man who let us in the building and helped us check in was one of the nicest, most helpful person! This was nice as we had a terrible time with the delays and hours spent waiting for take off. Hotel was nice and safe, convenient with lots of stores and restaurants near by. It's a short walk to all of the Broadway shows, and only a couple ofblocks from the heart of times square. The area around the hotel was safe, even at late hours, they seemed to keep the homeless and other problem people away. Very close to the 50th subway station. Had an excellent, 4 night stay.

Look no further! This is the best place to stay while you’re in new york. Or if you are trying to check other hotels, stop. Just book in citizen M hotel, very accessible to everything.. clean, cozy and convenient. They have bars 1 in the lobby and the other one is on the roof top cloud bar as they call it, which is beautiful 👌👌 the room is small, yes its true.. but I think its okay, no need for a bigger room while you’re there, you just need a comfortable room to rest, sleep, watch and shower. Speaking of, the shower is the best! The water pressure is so good that you can finish faster. And everything is powered by ipad which you can control, like the lights, the climate inside and the blinds/curtain. I will strongly recommend this to out friends and family and to anyone looking for a place to stay with a feeling of safety and ease. Really had a great time spending my birthday in this place and of course in New York City. Looking forward to go back in Citizen M! This will my go to hotel now. And maybe other locations too.. who knows 🙏🙏

Omg! We are World travelers. We have been in Manhattan so many times and never stayed here before. Above the convenience of location and great attitude of employees we want to emphasize the cleanliness. Rooms are small, but you came to enjoy the city all day and night… you’ll sleep so cozy! I saw a bed bug crawling on my wall and I went downstairs to report it to staff and the worker told me that it wasn’t a bed bug and was trying to convince me that it was a beetle. He was trying to say that when moisture gets into the hotel that they can come in but I’m not stupid I know what a bed bug looks like and I wasn’t even really sure what to do but I know the best thing was to at least notify someone and he just brushed it off like it was nothing. He didn’t even say sorry. Then when I was checking out I notified a different working about the situation and she was very kind. She was trying to reimburse me or give me some kind of credit but she said since I booked through Expedia that she wasn’t able to do anything and that I should report to Expedia.
