Elevators always had issues where 1 or 2 out for the 3 were not working. Asked for room services (towels and toilet paper) in the early morning and they didn't show up all day. Had to request 2 times the following day for the towels and toilet paper.

One of our go-to properties to stay when in NYC due to proximity to Grand Central station, plenty of dining options, ease of public transport (aforementioned GC Station) as the property is on Lexington Ave, which is the main 4-5-6 Subway line. Staff is awesome. Even though you check in via a kiosk, they are available and attentive to assist with all aspects of your stay. Amazing value for the price.

For me, it was extremely convenient that the hotel was literally across the road from Grand Central Station but at the same time had a nice choice of Cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I love the terrace on the 27th floor and as with all Club Quarters hotels the free access to laundry facilities. Service from the staff was impeccable, courteous and efficient. I have stayed there before and will continue staying there whenever I visit New York City

We had a great view of the street from the hotel windows. It wasn’t your typical high-rise Manhattan Hotel, which made it interesting and the true Manhattan experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. You need to keep in mind that this is a “boutique” hotel. So, the rooms are going to be smaller than your typical hotel room. And we did not have a mini fridge. But we really didn’t mind either of these. The room was quiet, comfy, had every other amenity. The things we enjoyed the most were unlimited access to filtered water and cooler on every floor. So we got to fill our reusable bottles everyday before we went out on hot summer days exploring in the city. We also loved the coffee machine and terrace in the lounge. And the free laundry machine, which was a plus for us coming from another destination. The location was excellent. Right next to grand central and many restaurants. The housekeeping staff were super friendly and helpful. The only thing we did not care for were the attitude of the front desk staff. At best they were ignoring us, at worst they were just rude and borderline racist. They would just be chatting and joking with each other instead of healing the guests.

My TV was not working properly. I called and finally went downstairs to complain and they had no one to fix this issue. They said they would send someone the next day. It did work that evening but the next morning it was not working again. Just an inconvenience as I like to watch the news and Wimbledon was on in the morning and I was unable to watch any of the matches due to the TV not working properly.

We were pleasantly surprised how much we liked Club Quarters - so affordable, we thought we would be disappointed. Fantastic location - really perfect for us - right next to Grand Central. The staff was fantastic- friendly, engaging and helpful at all times. Our room was perfect - small, but adequate. Comfortable and clean. Only weird issues was the bathroom lighting- to have a light on in the toilet room, the whole bathroom was on and not separated from the sleeping areas by a door. Loved the refillable bottle station - it was in the high 90’s! Remember to ask about the roof deck area and lounge, we were not informed about it until check out and we were able to hang out there until we took the train to JFK. We will definitely be back.
