Our stay was fantastic. I saw a few negative reviews about rude staff, but that was absolutely not true. Our checkin process was very smooth, the rooms were huge (for NY standards), very clean, AMAZING water pressure for the showers, and very nice staff. Will 1000% stay here again.

Pictures of park view suite are not accurate reflection of actual view. Build blocking full park view is removed from online room pics. Upon check in, our room was not full ready. On our final night, our room was not serviced. We were told we had a $35 per day property credit but we were not told that could apply to the property fee on final bill. Transparent communication would have been nice. Hotel was located near time square, broadway and Central Park.

Great experience!!! The hotel es perfectly located and spotless When we checked in a women at the front desk was terrible and unfriendly (the hotel was full due to the holidays) I made another line with a great customer service employee that I have to mention who changed my complete vacation. His name is Flenner and I have to mention that he did everything to make our stay there great!! Without his problem solving and kindness my experience wouldn’t have been the same .. Id the manager reads this , please give Flenner all my gratitude and thanks

Spacious room, very comfortable for mom, dad and 3 kids. 2 queen beds and oldest slept comfortably on the couch. Large bathroom, large enough for 3 ladies/preteens to all get ready at once. Beds were comfy. Slightly noisy outside. Sirens and horns could be heard easily by 6am. Not the most soundproof hotel I’ve ever stayed in NYC but I would definitely stay again. Great location!
