The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The fire alarm in the 10th floor chirped all night. I alerted a staff member about it but nothing was done.

We enjoyed our stay at Vista LIC. The area is not glamorous but it is safe and the hotel itself is good but could do with a bit of modernisation. The hotel is close to a number of subway stations so you can be in the heart of NYC in no time. The rooftop bar/ restaurant is good (the view is amazing).

A very nice place! Walking distance to train stations but not too close where you can hear them! Perfect place if you’re looking to be close to downtown Manhattan, but not busy and way less people. Really recommend
