The location is very convenient, <= 5min walking distance to the subway. Multiple great Chinese restaurants within 1 mile. There are only two elevators in the building while there are 26 floors.

Great area. Close enough to easily walk to Times Square and theatre district, but far enough away to be out of the noise and chaos. Comfortable rooms. Only downside was just the two elevators for the entire 26 floor building, and one was often not working. This meant long waits at times.
