A very comfortable hotel in a great location . Very simple chic modern decor yet very comfortable and relaxing ! All interactions from bell man to front desk were welcoming and sincerely expressed !! So nice to go through a stay without hearing my pleasure upon a response to an inquiry or as a follow up to me saying thank you . The lounge a bit disappointing for a single traveler as there is no proper bar seating at a bar . That as well as this past Sat. Evening the waiter spent in an empty lounge in conversation with a couple across from me with his back to me for twenty to twenty five minutes . Lounge was 10 percent seated . I am a fan of the brand

Absolutely perfect stay! We were in town for a Carnegie Hall event, so the location is ideal- less than 5 minute walk. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff is friendly and attentive.
