There is no restaurant in the hotel so you have to walk for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also charge $35 if you request a microwave in your room to heat up food. For such a nice hotel they definitely need more amenities for the price

The hotel is in a GREAT location which is easily accessible to so much. The views from the higher floors is amazing!

The location of this hotel is really great and I had a magic view of the Oculus and one of the World Trade Center memorial pools. The only gripe I have is the $35 daily fee over and above your nightly rate. You can get $10 off room service and a discount on a bicycle rental. I think this is a farce. If there was a pool it would be acceptable but really you are paying extra for nothing in return.

No one warned us that they have sensors in their room for smoking. My sister smokes tobacco vapes and hit it in the room a couple times. We got a call from security to come to our room and was fined $500 for that. Even though not one person warned us of this fee and not smoking. If we knew we would’ve never done it. They wouldn’t work with us and give us our money back, and actually took the money before they even investigated the room, so guilty before even checking. I was stuck in New York with no money because of this hotel. Manager was talking in circles when tried to meet with her. Bedding had holes in it. Woke up the last morning smelled of cigarettes everywhere so maybe they should worry about that rather than someone hitting a strawberry cheesecake vape once or twice in the room. No microwaves or refrigerators either in the rooms.
