Room was clean. There was a not a comforter on the bed nor any blankets in the closet. The light shined in the window from the street all night because there was only a thin white drape hanging in the window. We did not hear much of the street traffic though.

The room was clean but very basic, no decor to speak of. Our problem was that there was a load party going on at night and each time we called down to the desk they said it was almost over and gave a different reason...first it was kids being loud then a passing car (for 3 hours!!) then a nearby restaurant....basically gaslighting us while the noise continued for 3 hours. It was a failure of customer service.

We enjoyed our stay at Truss. The room was great--quite big for NYC. Location was good. The rooftop patio was a nice bonus! One caution is the noise. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the street and it was quite loud. I would recommend requesting a room on the non-street side.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable and the best part was the room was completely quiet. We never heard a sound. It was convenient to have a fridge and a microwave. The location was good for accessing things but the area was very dirty. the Internet was a bit slow. Would stay there again.
