The rooms are nice and comfortable and room keeping is efficient. There is no one to help with the luggage ..a major disdavantage especially if you are travelling with a lot of suitcases. I was not awarded any Hilton points just because I did not book directly with them...this is ridiculous as we stayed at the Hilton and should get the reward points!
