We had amazing time in New York and this hotel was excellent! Big nice clean room, professional friendly staff, great location near Central park, subway, restaurants and entertainment. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is just two blocks away from Central Park and within a five minute walk to many fine restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was very nicely appointed and we were able to arrange late cleanings when we had a slow start. The air conditioning worked like a charm which was especially appreciated in New York in mid-July.

From start to finish, the stay was really enjoyable. Clean comfortable room with all the facilities you need for a stay in New York. Great location, only 15 minute walk to Times Square. 2 minutes from Central Park. Perfect.

We couldn't get anyone to clean our room. Three days in a row, asking multiple times a day, and still no one ever came. Black mold all over the shower. Shower leaked from the 'sealed' portion of the wall and all over the floor. Noisy as freaking hell, even by NYC standards. Didn't feel safe at all, due to the numerous homeless people sitting right outside and being so close to the subway. Don't stay here.

This hotel was an unexpected jewel! Tucked quietly in the midst of all the action and two quick blocks from Central Park. As two women travelers we felt completely safe. There are 2 doormen/bellmen on duty at all times, front desk is near the door, the elevator doesnt work without a key card. I could go on! The room was a quiet soothing place to refresh between activities. The service was impeccable including excellent recommendations from front desk staff. I highly recommend. The size of the room is as shown in the photos. It's cleverly put together to maximize the use of this space and has a lovely bathroom.
