Our room was very dusty, there was hair on the bathroom walls. The floors should be mopped. We had to wear the hotel slippers at all times or your feet would get very dirty. The service was good but no restaurant in the property. It is under renovation. The hotel is in a very good area, right by central park, starbucks next door and shopping and timesquare in clise walking distance.

Great staff and perfect location - such a good value for the high quality of the rooms compared to other options in the area. Just two blocks away from Central Park and close to all the 5th Ave shopping. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay. The Staff were amazing, super friendly at all hours of the day. The Room was bigger than I thought it would be and the cleaning staff did an awesome job.
