Room looked dated. Old carpet, old paint. Bed linen wasn’t changed everyday. They didn’t not provide enough towels. We could hear noises from next door.

Great location the room was very quiet considering the location. All the staff was very friendly and food at the lobby coffee shop was surprisingly good.

The room we stayed in had a shower that leaked all over the bathroom floor, the headboards on the bed were falling apart and leaving pieces on the pillows, only 2 outlets worked the entire room and everything was expensive. 2 waters were $20 at the shop in the lobby, the hotel charges $75 a day and a “resort fee” and the lobby is always full of people. In front of the hotel are really aggressive bike transporters, with really loud music they tell you one price but then charge you an insane amount when the ride is over. You are harassed constantly walking out of the hotel. The front desk only has 1 or 2 people working on the general check in line. If you are a priority member there were 5 front desk clerks checking you in, there were more clerks on that side than there were people checking in.

Comfortable stay at Hilton, beds are comfortable , Great location! most of the staff were very helpful and kind! Would be nice if water bottles were offered in rooms and complimentary late check out when asked.

There was no hooks in the bathroom for changing clothes, towels. Bathroom is small for a suite. Bed size should be at least queen not full. It’s tight for 3 people per bed (2 adults, 1 kid per bed). We enjoyed the food, beverages in the lounge area, it has a pretty good spread.

It was nice and fairly clean but the prices for everything in the hotel were completely outrageous and the $250 local fees charge ended up being $450.
