Very clean hotel but rooms where "bare bones" meaning there was no coffee machine and no fridge the room as most hotels have available. We went to NY to celebrate our anniversary, I mentioned it to the hotel and they said they would do something nice for us, never happened. My cousin who also came down with us ans stayed at the hotel for stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes, the manager apologized and told him they would send a bottle of wine to his room, never happened. It just leaves a bad taste in your mouth when they say they'll do something and it never happens. It's a 4 star hotel, just expected a bit more.

Limo scam the doorman in service on friday 05.07.2024 at noon, wasn't accurate in giving me the exact quotation of the ride to JFK airport. I asked him twice if the rate he told me was comprehensive of tolls. gratuities, etc but when it was time to pay the driver (very rude and aggressive) he charged me 15$ more than agreed with the doorman. if you might to expect this type of scam in a third world counrty, it's a shame that it can occur in an expensive 4 star hotel in Manhattan.

I thought the Omni was lovely especially considering how reasonably priced (for NYC) it was. I stayed in a king superior room with a city view and it was nice and big and clean and quiet. The location is convenient to 5th avenue shopping and some of the sites as well as to the subway for exploring the city further.

We had a balcony room, which was amazing. The size of the room and bathroom was spacious and very comfortable. The minibar refrigerator had been removed so that was a bit inconvenient, however, the staff was eager to bring ice to the room. All in all, it was a great stay, and would stay again.

Very clean and quiet. Away from all the loud noise. Conveniently located close to all the hot spots within walking distance. Wish there was a refrigerator and microwave. Staff was helping and courteous. Would definitely stay there again.
