It was very conveniently located to Tines Square, subway and private transportation. Rooms were updated and clean. Excellent housekeeping. Loved the food cafe for quick bites.

The AC in both rooms would shut off on its own several times throughout the day/night. It would require someone to get up, turn the unit off, count to ten, and turn it back on again. This did not make for the best of sleep. I called several times re: this. It was never repaired.

Great hotel and service! Location was steps away from the action at Times Square, yet we were able to sleep soundly in our room. Minor hiccups (water pressure and connectivity) were addressed quickly and their quick response, friendliness of all the Bellmen, and Veronica made our stay phenomenal. This will undoubtedly be our spot for our next visit to NYC!

The hotel was nice, it can definitely use some renovation. You can tell that it was magnificent at some point but observed opportunities during our stay to renovate including bathroom/shower.

I got a lot of help from start to finish during my short stay. Byron (at the door) was helpful and informative. The housekeeper(s) we very much on top of things. The bed was fairly comfortable, however to room was too cold for my wife. We needed an extra blanket. The view from the room was great, we were upgraded at no cost. You can hear street noise if you're awake, no issue when sleeping. If you're interested in the rooftop bar, balcony space is limited, no access unless you buy food and drinks inside. The distance to Times Square and Broadway theaters of relatively close. The Subway and bus service is also a short walk away from this hotel. Recommended!

The friendly and helpful Front Desk & Housekeeping staff made every effort to accommodate our family’s special handicap needs. Their assistance made our stay comfortable, safe and relaxing.
