This was our first visit to NYC. Hyatt Centric was a perfect choice for my husband, me and 2 teenagers. Convenient to Times Square and the Subway. Rooms were very clean and all staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed that it was near so many things. We were able to walk to the theatres. The doormen were very helpful (especially Luis). Never felt unsafe.

I liked the size of the room. The bathroom floors seem to be heated. And the front desk staff were so helpful with everything. Loved this hotel and the location. The Rooftop bar was a plus.

My rooms balcony was closed which was a bummer. Bed was comfy,everything was amazing. We literally walked to everything. Highly recommend.

Everything was so awesome! This hotel is great with a great location. The only thing is they did encourage us to go to the roof top bar, so we made a reservation. Once we arrived we asked if we could go outside (our table was not by a window so we couldn’t see much) and the waiter notified us that it was closed for remodeling :( it would have been nice to know that before booking, we would have never gone in the first place.
