I called to see if there was a concierge and lovely man who answered said yes and that he's was helping concierge .. not true.. do not have one we really need one! Location was good.. Next time I will stay at hotel with restaurant!

Lobby area is very nice, upscale, and modern. Room was a little disappointing just because it wasn’t as updated as the common areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was okay, but seemed a bit “run of the mill” and more of what you’d get at a chain hotel. Easily walkable to Theater District, Hell’s Kitchen, Times Square, Central Park, and more!

Location was perfect for putting us centered to most of Manhattan. Made it easy to catch subways with short rides to wherever we decided to go. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was suitable. The coffee was good.

We had a brief stay at the Pearl Hotel and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and, transportation. The room was comfortable. If I have 1 complaint, it would be about the overhead/rainfall shower. Black women need additional options. Special praise for Keegan at the front desk who provided exceptional service and seemed to work nonstop.
