"Love the resort i would return but resort have to fix the dining options. We have no options and end up eating in the buffet every night and also the baths outside of the rooms are not clean the floor always flooded. "

"Food was ok. Service was terrible. We got to the Italian restaurant 20 minutes after the reservation and they acted like it was the end of the world even after having empty tables inside and outside. Not coming back."

"The property is fairly nice, well managed and maintained and clean. The staff works tirelessly to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. My family of four stayed 5 days and we enjoyed our experience, especially the hospitality. We love the variety of food options, the entertainment, and the beach. We also like that it is in walking distance to other attractions. We love the staff at Sunscape and would like to give a special shoutout to Dulce, Heber, Abel, and Adan in the buffet restaurant and Ofcourse Diego in the front. We will definitely stay at Sunscape again."
