This was an incredible property in terms of landscaping and design and each villa has unique features. We had a hot tub and an outdoor plunge pool which felt like a private resort. beautiful property with a nice relaxed vibe and a variety of rooms. we stayed in the delux suite and loved the comfy beds pillows and sheets. really nice shower and prive deck. wonderful little pool and lounging area. This will be the spot when we return.

We love this hotel. It is clean and the pool is also kept clean. It is very close to everything we need and want. Bars restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly breakfast is great.

Robbie, Julia, and the entire staff were amazing! They were quick to attend to all our needs. Our two-bedroom condo was in great condition. Everything was new and clean. We were welcomed with water, mini Coronas, Nespresso coffee pods, and toiletries. The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the stunning views of the ocean and the city. I liked the small resort and the beach area - i felt safe with my family there and the staff was amazing especially Victor who fed us after 20hrs of traveling even when the buffet was closed - would definitely go back!

This is certainly a top end resort in the Riviera Maya. The first thing you will notice and continue to notice is the quality and service of the staff. Everyone at the resort basically makes you feel like a king or queen. We stayed in a Lagoon king suite which is surprisingly their bottom end suite, but it was pretty much the best suite we have ever stayed in. The accommodations were amazing. We loved our villa. Our concierge, Paulina, was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff weee always trying to please, even if they messed up or were taking too long. They were trying. We were a bit shocked at how much all the food and drinks cost. It was quite high for the quality received. The beach seemed to be somewhat destroyed from some storms but they had some blockades to control the waves.

A beautiful and VERY clean hotel. The shuttle driver from Cancun Shuttle had a difficult time finding it when we were dropped off as it was late at night. We were greeted by the professional and friendly Fernanda. During our stay, Fernanda made sure we were having and exceptional time at the hotel and even offered to have the restaurants make special meals for my girlfriend who has multiple food allergies. This place is beautiful!! Room was clean, had all amenities needed and the a/c was heaven!! The only thing was the futon bed wasn’t the coziest to sleep on however the main bed was comfortable! As for the food it was good and fairly priced. Our favourite part of it was our concierge Fernando, he went above and beyond for us! he was knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be back!

This place was superb! Modern, comfortable and functional in a great neighborhood away from Quinta Avenida ( only a ten minute walk). I loved it so much I extended my trip for an extra week! Great communication with the property owners and a delightful housekeeper, Edith. This place is a gem!

In this property, we were able to experience the amazing service and facilities that we already expect from Fairmont. We know that their food is great so having to eat here three times a day for five days with basically no limit is just the best way to relax.
