A great hotel with good sized rooms and excellent service. Staff is all super friendly and attentive. We went a bit before February break so capacity wasn’t at max - no wait times for any restaurant. Staying at Casa don luis was an absolute sensory pleasure. It was like an oasis with lush greens and trickling water fountain next to the gorgeous blue waters of Marina Cap Cana. Very courteous staff, excellent dining and a desire to improve resort every time I visit.

The secrets Cap Cana Resort and Spa is a true five star resort. Everything was very good. Name brand alcohol, pretty good food, the staff outstanding, didn't ever have to wait for anything, the concierge service is awesome with our guy Jeison on a daily basis, the beach is nice, the beach is private it's the type of beach where there will be little to no traffic from other resorts and if it is it's by the only one next door which is also a nice place! Check in was awful, we waited and waited for hours, but were upgraded to a beautiful suite in the end.

Nice clean n very quiet place

Very nice accommodations and really enjoyed the shuttle to the beach club. The beach was clean, lots of chairs and umbrellas and the bar and restaurant service excellent.

Absolutely AMAZING STAY!!!!!! The photos don’t even do justice with how breathtaking it is. We loved it so much we wish we would have stayed longuer. This is your ultimate vacation resort, we traveled as a family of 4 in late August when the weather was on a hotter side but the stay was super comfortable and the amenities were well maintained and helpful. The resort was great. We got a free upgrade to family selection because we booked with Expedia. Our personal butler Rafael was great. He was quick with everything and always checked in on us. We never had any issues getting a reservation because of Rafael. Food and drinks were great and the entire resort was always super clean.
