A great hotel with good sized rooms and excellent service. Staff is all super friendly and attentive. We went a bit before February break so capacity wasn’t at max - no wait times for any restaurant.
We enjoyed the water park a lot - it’s great for older tweens and even teens and there is a toddler version as well next to it. A fun lazy river and about 5 slides.
The main pool is big (not the nicest we’ve ever seen but good enough) and the beach is clean and expansive.

The resort was great. We got a free upgrade to family selection because we booked with Expedia. Our personal butler Rafael was great. He was quick with everything and always checked in on us. We never had any issues getting a reservation because of Rafael. Food and drinks were great and the entire resort was always super clean.

The food is delicious! BlueWater Steak House was our fave but all the restaurants were top notch!

We had a lovely stay. The one issue was that the grass filed outside the hotel had trash strewn in a number of places -- not a good look. However, that did not take away from a satisfying visit.

Bavaro beach was only a few steps away from our room. It was clean, beautiful, and perfect for swimming. Our hotel staff worked hard to keep everything in excellent condition. We were very impressed. Gracias!!
