"Durante la llegada al hotel nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad, nos brindaron snack y bebidas para que la espera fuera amena. Luego nos asignaron nuestras avitaciones que son de primera, ademas nos regalaron gorras y la neverita de la habitacion tenia de todo y snack que lo aprovechamos. La atencion del mayordomo fue de primera de 10 o mas 100% nos enviaba todo el iterinario durante durante la semana donde ir para cada actividad que tenian para los huéspedes. Los restaurantes ofrecen de todo teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de huéspedes y de cada cultura no se les capa nada bien estudiado por ellos y ofrecen al paladar los desayunos, almuerzos y cenas, que satisfaga el paladar de cada huéspedes. Nos sentimos muy bien y satisfecho con el servicio tanto de la que limpia la habitacion, con aquel que nos entregaba a nuestra habitacion en ocasiones almuerzo para no salir de la habitacion. Demasiado de bueno. Lo recomiendo para toda la familia."

"I was honestly close to canceling our vacation after reading some of the reviews from when the hotel first opened, but we are so happy we didn’t! Lopesan has always met my expectations, and this resort was no exception. The cenote and pools are absolutely spectacular, the new water park is perfect for families, and I loved the sandy beach-style areas by the pool — such a beautiful and relaxing concept. The food was absolutely delicious, and overall we had an amazing experience. So glad we decided to come! 100/10 — absolutely recommend!"

"Grounds were beautiful. Staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The only downside is the restaurants aren’t open everyday. So you have to plan accordingly. The banana ice cream was great. Jorge at Spice was amazing and Julio at The Grill was also great. The staff at Flavor market was great as well. They treated my group of friends like family."

"The room leading to the pool was great two bars around it the buffet was close by the beach was 1 minute away, the staff like Carlos from expedia was great and very helpful took very good care of us text me everyday in the morning to make sure we had what we needed and took care of anything we needed done, the staff at the buffet were great I forgot her name but she was pregnant with red hair and rosemary they took good care of us the housekeeping cleaner name Maria, clean the room very well and it smells so good, she also made animal figures with the towels and left it on our bed with petals and chocolate, i requested that we had her through my whole state, I just recommended a friend from my job to go there this december, also , many friends on facebook are requesting information about this location, we will be coming back definitely again. Thank you all at this resort for making us feel at home and spacial."
