"All the facilities are new and clean. We enjoyed our swim up room very much. My kid can play water early in the morning without walking to the big pool. We enjoyed the hot tub, pools, water slides and lazy river. The staff there are friendly and helpful. We don’t speak Spanish and we had no issues ordering food and drinks. The buffet and restaurant food taste good. I like the food in Mexican and Brazilian restaurant. A bit disappointed at the Japanese restaurant. We sit at the sushi bar. The staff said we cannot order the starters on the menu while sitting at the sushi bar?! The sushi at the buffet tastes better than the sushi at Japanese restaurant. For the lazy river, it seems not many floating tubes available and some hotel guests like holding on tubes and not playing in the river. I wish the hotel can provide more floating tubes. You can bring your own floaty to play."

"The Breathless Resort was excellent in all areas. The staff, in all of their different capacities performed their responsibilities in a state of the art manner. The restaurants were first class and the food was wonderful. Entertainment, beach and time at the pools was very enjoyable. If we travel to the DR again; we’ll stay at Breathless. It is Top Notch!!!"

"The staff here was The Best! Everybody seemed genuinely friendly. The only things that could be better was the entertainment and sound in the theater, we could hear the band over everything. And the fact that the buffet was only open in the morning seemed off but everything else was great. They went above and beyond making my birthday special and we met people that we hope to keep in touch with, from staff to guests. This was a wonderful vacation"

"The good : - Landscape - Common areas - Pool - There tons of loose tiles all over . - Food was Good but NO seafood at all . The bad : - Rooms ( Buildings 1-4 ) need some urgent remodel work . Rooms are clean but the condition of the rooms is worse every time i go back . Rust all over the handles / by the shower . The drainage system on the showers is Horrible and looks dirty all the time even if clean . Please guys we know this can get better . . A/C needs work . All this rooms should get remodel ASAP . - No seafood ( only seafood rice with 3-4 shrimps - Beach ( i KNOW is not hotel faults the sargassum but looks awful) - Pool is loosing all the tiles . This needs to be fixed as is not looking good . I have been staying at the hotel for the last 3 years and i don’t consider myself as picky person. But may not return to the hotel again it they dont take actions with the Rooms quality and the Pool . Personal is Ok . Costumer service Ok . But you guys will lost a lot of clients if the quality of the rooms wont get better . This hotel Is going down the hill and is Sad to see it . Because the place is beautiful."
