Punta Espada Golf Course Tours and Activities

Todo bien

Big spacious suite, excellent food and drink, beautiful clean beach. One staff in particular was very, very kind and helpful was Marjorie who works in Reception. My 86 year old mother wouldn’t stop talking and praising her for being so nice and kind.

During my stay I had to change my room three times within the first two days. Although they were accommodating with the room changes it did feel like we could not properly settle in upon arrival. Some staff were friendly and other were very dismissive when it came to certain requests - in particular the staff at the steakhouse. My wife was pregnant during this trip so certain foods needed to be cooked well done. When her steak came it was practically raw and when we told the our waiter, he was very rude about it and did not continue to attend us for the duration of the reservation. I will say for our troubles at the beginning of our stay we were given a nice dinner by the beach. All other amenities were nice and found a lot to do at the property. Hector assisted us throughout our trip which made it a lot easier for us during our time there.
