I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

If you plan to have spa service please schedule your visit before arrival.

The AC in our room was leaking a lot the whole time, we reported but nothing was done. Pool needs maintenance and it looks like they were short staffed.

Buenas instalaciones, buena comida bufé. La limpieza es ok pero pudiera ser mejor por ciertos detalles. Deberían de tener lámparas uv para las moscas en el área del bufé y no debieran permitir reservar los restaurantes de especialidad sino el mismo dia, ya que se pierde la oportunidad de comer en alguno de tu preferencia y al que obligatoriamente puedes ir, te sirven en una hora y hasta más….!

Our AC went out, outlets went out, water sewage stopped working hotel wide for half a day, steamer was broken on arrival, they brought us two broken weight scales (because we were trying to weigh our bags before flights), tv lost signal for 2 days resort wide, drinks/food aren’t as good as Mexico and Jamaica. My safe broke and I had to spend over an hour while they attempted to fix it before bringing another one. Our room was right next to the sister hotel’s auditorium so it was loud until 10-11pm. I don’t know why the family club rooms are next to the auditorium (we brought our 22mo old). Bell boy was late and didn’t grab our bags so we had to roll them ourselves before departure. We found 3 bugs in our room. Our butler Francisca was great though. She helped with everything that was going wrong. Jonathan and Rivas were fun and friendly bartenders. The beach was okay and full of seaweed and there weren’t many social activities to do in other than a small casino, volleyball, and a foam party. I would not recommend this place. Easily the worst 5 star resort experience I’ve ever had.
