A great hotel with good sized rooms and excellent service. Staff is all super friendly and attentive. We went a bit before February break so capacity wasn’t at max - no wait times for any restaurant.
We enjoyed the water park a lot - it’s great for older tweens and even teens and there is a toddler version as well next to it. A fun lazy river and about 5 slides.
The main pool is big (not the nicest we’ve ever seen but good enough) and the beach is clean and expansive.

The resort was great. We got a free upgrade to family selection because we booked with Expedia. Our personal butler Rafael was great. He was quick with everything and always checked in on us. We never had any issues getting a reservation because of Rafael. Food and drinks were great and the entire resort was always super clean.

The secrets Cap Cana Resort and Spa is a true five star resort. Everything was very good. Name brand alcohol, pretty good food, the staff outstanding, didn't ever have to wait for anything, the concierge service is awesome with our guy Jeison on a daily basis, the beach is nice, the beach is private it's the type of beach where there will be little to no traffic from other resorts and if it is it's by the only one next door which is also a nice place! The only small thing I could complain about...
