"The food was good especially at the restaurants. The staff were helpful. Shade was a premium so it was difficult to find comfortable seating under any kind of shade. They had areas with shade but no umbrellas. I think the addition of umbrellas would be a very necessary investment. The pool was nice and cool in the mornings and of course with the sun it got warmer by the afternoon. Other than that I have no complaints!"

"Room service was horrible, they would pick up first time you call and then not answer if you called a second time due to them giving you inadequate information, I spoke to another tourist that had similar complaints about room service. Both Buffet restaurants Seaside and Marketplace have shellfish dishes right next to others making it difficult for people like myself with severe shellfish allergies to even eat anything, since I noticed some guest using the same spoon they used to serve shrimps for other things and staff cannot control it because they are busy doing other things. Shellfish should be separated from other foods. I’m sure I’m not the only person with shellfish allergies. The separate restaurants are good in asking if anyone has an allergy. Only these two places don’t have the same, it’s basically eat at your risk. Family pools are severely packed at times with many adults smoking over your kids at times and all the adult pools which they have plenty of, are empty. They do all the activities at the family pool causing an over flood of adults and kids. And it becomes a cesspool of piss at the end of the day. Why call it a family hotel when it lacks. Not too much activities for kids in the resort for 13 and over you would have to pay more to do things outside of the hotel. The only options are pool and beach, SOME of the night shows are great for kids I saw a 2 kids under 8 singing maroon 5 song with curses in it. Hotel had No coconut during my whole ten days stay"

"It already works well, but I’d make it sound slightly more natural and clarify that the room looked worn rather than poorly cleaned: The best thing about Riu Republica is definitely the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a lively party resort, this hotel delivers. Between the four themed Riu parties, the on-site nightclub, pool activities, a DJ on the beach one night, and shows at the resort’s venue where staff performed, there was almost always something happening. Most guests were friendly, social, and ready to have a good time. That being said, the hotel itself is outdated and could use renovations. When we first entered the room, we noticed several stains, marks, and worn areas. It didn’t seem like the room hadn’t been cleaned—it looked more like the result of years of constant use. We visited in July, and even with the AC running all day and the doors and windows closed, the room still felt very humid. The food wasn’t great either, although the buffet was tolerable and usually had enough options to find something to eat. The beach was decent, but the water wasn’t always as clear, clean, or turquoise as expected. Overall, this hotel is best for people who prioritize partying, nightlife, activities, and meeting other travelers over luxury, updated rooms, great food, or a perfect beach."

"Unforgettable Vacation Thanks to Rafael & Amazing Staff! **Rating:** 5/5 Stars My family had a fantastic stay (July 20–27) at Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites! The resort is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food far exceeded other resorts we've visited, like Hard Rock. As a parent, I was especially impressed by how they handled food allergies. My daughter is allergic to fish, shellfish, and tree nuts. At every buffet and restaurant, the chef on duty personally spoke with us and prepared her meals directly. That peace of mind was priceless! Our butler, Rafael, took our trip to the next level. He was professional, attentive, and gave great recommendations. He sent us daily family activities, handled all restaurant reservations, arranged day passes for extra family members, and answered our questions even when off duty. Rafael truly made our stay special! My only constructive note is about the Members Club presentation on our second day. While the staff treated us wonderfully, the presentation took nearly 3 hours, and we chose not to join. I suggest letting guests enjoy the resort for a few days before proposing membership meetings. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation. A huge thank you to the chefs, staff, and especially Rafael! We can't wait to return."
