Todo bien, excepto que éramos una pareja y nos dieron cama doble y son pequeñas para dos. Por lo demás muy agradecidos. Bendiciones gracias!

It was our first time staying at an excellence resort and we were so impressed! The food was really great, such as the hibachi, steak house and seafood and lobster lunch spot. Also, drinks 10/10. My favorite bartender was Wilson who was at the pool bar in the adults only section. My husband was telling the waiter staff it was my bday and they went out of their way to accommodate me and make me feel special. Another shout to to Alexander the beachside waiter. Brought me a cake while I was on the beach.

Kid friendly and very clean

Amazing!!! I can't never say enough about this resort. This is my second time there and as usual I had such an amazing time. Besides how beautiful and how it immerses you into a sensorial experience with how beautiful it smells, the peace you feel while being there the staff is just amazing!!!! Huge shout to Mariposa, Yohan, Redd and the rest of the entertainment team for being amazing and giving us a great time. Also Yandi, Aneudis, Edward and from the providing us with amazing service while at the pool and beach. Santos from the buffet he remembered me from last time, loved it made my bday breakfast special. Also Juan from the Spa and the rest of the team there really treated me and my niece like queens. Lastly Patrick from the Mexican restaurant thank u for the amazing service provided. I give this resort 10/10.

Beautiful resort.... The only complaint I do have was no toilet paper in the womans restrooms out by lobby pool....
