"Wonderful suites, excellent service and superb buffet breakfast and lunch. However dinner is limited to restaurants, and one of them is often closed, the Wok, the Italian restaurant is very small and limited to 4 people tables and always booked ahead so unusable. This results in the entire number of guests fighting for tables at the remaining 2 restaurants: blue Merlin and the Steak Restaurant. The Buffet is closed for dinner every day except Friday. This issue soured our view of the property. "

"service was excellent. food was bland but edible, we were able to find some nice food at the buffet. Tried the steakhouse and it was over 1.5 hour wait, over 2 including waiting for table. not my favorite decor but I knew that going in. Lots of things to do. "Nice hotel. Nothing extraordinary but just fine for us. A little far from downtown, but I loved the privacy and the service. We only had one waiter who was a little rude at Tierra’s restaurant, but everyone else was very friendly and helpful, especially Deiby, he was very friendly and always ready to help us out since the moment we arrived.
