"The studio was in a great location within walking distance to a great restaurant at API beach. There are many other restaurants in the marina and the walk along the beach is nice but you also have many sidewalks in the front of the property. The view was amazing. However the condo needs a dresser and toaster which is easy to do. The beach has a lot of rocks but you can walk a little and go to several beautiful coves with soft white sand. I would definitely recommend this studio "

"It was a nice property, and the host was great, but during the 8 days I was there, there was no cable, no hot water, the Wi-Fi wasn't working upstairs, and there was so much noise in the morning due to construction at the back of the house. The security lady who works at night at Las Iguanas was disrespectful towards us."

"Property is great to relax with a nice pool and beach accessible to those on the complex. We enjoyed having the beach to ourselves. Punta Espada Golf was simply superb. You will need to secure transportation to reach Juanillo Beach Club, the marina and supermarket. "

When we were at the condo (penthouse, top floor) we lived on the gorgeous & comfortable wraparound terrace.
