"I surprised my husband with a birthday trip to Punta Cana, and this resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we felt genuinely welcomed. The security team, guest services, spa, room and room service, incredible food, relaxing atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality made this one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We also loved how secluded, peaceful, and safe the resort felt. Everything was spotless, and during our five-day stay, we never experienced loud parties, disruptive guests, or excessive drunken behavior. The restaurants were outstanding. The Mongolian restaurant was my favorite, and the food by the pool was excellent as well. Having access to Ziva for even more lunch options was a huge bonus. The variety of food available is incredible! The Blind Butcher was such a unique and memorable dining experience. To make the evening even more special, my husband was surprised with a birthday cake and the staff singing “Happy Birthday” to celebrate his birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even more meaningful, and we truly appreciated everyone who helped make it happen. What truly made this trip unforgettable was the staff. Every person we encountered greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Although I can’t mention everyone individually, every employee we met was outstanding and genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. The only suggestion"

"We had an incredible stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana as a family of five. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond with the little details that made our stay feel truly luxurious. The resort is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pools and beach were pristine, and the entire property had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere despite being family-friendly. Traveling with three children, we appreciated how much there was for everyone to enjoy. The kids loved the pools and activities, while we were able to relax and enjoy the amazing food, drinks, and breathtaking ocean views. The attention to detail throughout the resort really sets Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana apart. If you’re looking for a luxury all-inclusive that offers outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, excellent dining, and a perfect balance of fun and relaxation, this is the place. New! Bright & Stylish Getaway in Cap Cana

"The apartment was new and clean! Came fully packed with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, it’s like a home away from home. Very comfortable and very responsive and supportive host to assist with anything you need. The community has e-bikes and golf carts you can use to explore around, I personally used the e-bikes a lot to go to the mini mart near by. Uber/Uber-eats can’t access the community easily, so ensure to have a driver and get them access from the host for the duration of your stay. However, they have been times when Uber could access both pick up and drop off, since many near by have Cap Cana access. Overall, definitely my place to stay whenever I am in Punta Cana. Community is safe, security is fully present, Pool is clean and apartment is well maintained. Dont hesitate to stay here, it’s better than to be near all the hotels, peace and quiet and still close to everything!"

"Very nice and large studio with a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, small fridge and a 2 burner electric stove. Utensils, glassware and some pots and pans provided. AC works great. Large bath. Very clean except for a dusty porcelain tile floor. Beachfront with great view, quiet and secure and conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport. A little far from where most restaurants are located so that a taxi or golf car rental is needed. There are however 3 casual restaurants within walking distance. There is a small grocery store within Cap Cana that needs a taxi or golf cart ride. A larger well stocked supermarket is located outside Cap Cana on the way from the airport. There are a large pool and a small kids pool."
