The guest rooms lacked maintenance. (For example: the shower had only one door, so water splashed all over the floor outside the shower area when showering; the chrome on the bathroom faucets was worn.; one of the electrical outlet covers in the room was loose, and when I unplugged the cell phone chargers, the cover came off, leaving a hole in the wall; the shower gel and conditioner dispensers were loose, and one of them fell to the floor when I tried to use the gel; we asked the housekeeping staff to refill the dispenser because it was empty, but they never did; the air conditioning vent grille was loose all over; it looked like it was going to fall off at any moment; the door handle in one of the rooms was loose and fell off completely; we had to call to have it repaired; one of the curtains was partially torn at the top; the window in one of the rooms had shattered glass.... the mini-bar fridge sometimes dripped water..."
