"Best Vacation Ever!! We must have said this 20 times during our stay. It was our 38th Anniversary and we stayed in an Exclusive Club Suite with a Private Pool. Upon our arrival around 2:30 pm we were greeted with a glass of champagne and walked to check in. Check in was easy and because we were celebrating our anniversary (yes, we brought a copy of our marriage certificate- which is a must) we were offered a champagne breakfast in our room, a couples massage and a romantic dinner on the beach. Which all 3 were absolutely amazing!!! The staff went above and beyond and were always smiling and helpful in every way. We always started our day with my husband bringing coffee, fruit and danish from the coffee shop back to our room, then tennis fast feed at 9am followed by a swim in our pool. Our afternoons were relaxing by our pool having pina coladas, reading and heading out to lunch when we got hungry. Late afternoon, we swam & sipped champagne while we dressed for dinner. No reservations needed for dinner was a big plus and we never had an issue getting into any restaurant. We often stay at adult only resorts..especially the ones that cater to Couples in Jamaica. I can say without hesitation, Excelllence Carmen Punta Cana was by far our favorite. We absolutely loved everything and everyday that we were there!! They actually anticipated our needs before we even had to ask which was amazing. Honestly.. BEST VACATION EVER!!! and we can’t wait to come back!!"

"Very nice ,helpful and friendly workers make it more beautiful and enjoyable the stay,clean, well maintained, the only think I wasn't happy was i went spa for hair braiding for my 8 year old doughter, I am a man I don't know about hair braiding, my daughter hair was dry with pool and beaches for days ,she didn't wash or didn't use nothing to make it softer just a bit jel and charged $50 and tiped her thought she did a good job,I learned later it was ad work."
