We recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and had a pleasant overall experience. While the property is a bit dated and could definitely benefit from some maintenance and updates, it still has a lot of charm. The staff's friendliness really added to the overall atmosphere. Most of the meals were enjoyable and well-prepared. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy the nightly entertainment. Freddy Mercury night was a favorite.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. However, the food is terrible and the juice/flavoring used for drinks has a terrible after taste and has a lot of artificial colors and additives. Rosario was an amazing bartender, she never let me leave empty handed and her drinks were absolutely delicious. We stayed in the Sub Club and our room was very spacious with a gorgeous view. Food at the buffet’s were decent, I recommend the bluewater, amazing staff and food. Not a single day went by without an activity, we went to three shows and attended the mini water park, super fun! only bad thing I can say was most of the ports in our room did not work, but it was a small inconvenience for how fun our stay was!

Resort is quite big so lineups are common at the pool bar, buffets, and the restaurants. If you don’t like big resorts this place isn’t for you. Staff were generally friendly and the resort is very family friendly. Beach had quite a bit of litter and the seating area didn’t appear to get cleaned nightly.
