Like many places off the typical path in Mexico, getting to Tsaakik, and the surrounding area was a little sketchy. Once we got inside the gates, the place was a "gem in the jungle". Maryella and her brother Alex were fantastic and so helpful! Would recommend this Gem to everyone looking for a relaxing stay.

This was our favorite place that we stayed on our trip. The owners were so nice and the grounds were stunning. The rooms have everything you would need and the spa was excellent. The hotel is located in the “wealthier” neighborhood of Cancun and surrounded by mansions - and very close to the airport. Will definitely stay here again when we go back!

This place is beautiful, with flowers, exotic plants, and birds everywhere. The landscaping on the hotel makes your room and most of the areas private and quiet. It is ideal for couples or just relaxing, as was the case with my mother. The food was healthy and delicious. We received kindness, smiles, and friendly greetings from each employee we saw. Angie and Mariel made us feel like a family in our house. Thanks!
