"Recepcionists were very friendly. Easy free parking, easy check-in, easy inc breakfast (boiled eggs, cheese, muffins, fruits, coffee, bread), easy check out. Room was very tight, modern and clean. Clean bathroom and fair size. Not sure if the neighbourhood was safe or just simple. Hotel clientele look safe, casual, backpacks, not business. For a casual/transit stay is convenient and confy. I was only staying the night on my way back to Toronto. "

"I had a great stay , kept extending as my husband was in the hospital hotel Dieu It is in a great location . Not too difficult to get to from the hospital. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only thing is I don’t know why they didn’t fill up my soap and shampoo dispensers . I mentioned it once to the front desk but it still was not filled and I didn’t complain because I had my own stuff Definitely would go back In fact I checked out this morning but booked again for tonight . "The urban room with two queen beds was cozy, nothing fancy. The housekeeping staff wouldn’t change the bed sheets during duration of the stay unfortunately. "

"We had a great stay at this accommodation. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite which is very much welcome after traveling almost the entire day from Toronto. It's a shame we did not get the name of the guy who checked us in. Our guess is he is the owner. Thank you so much. Very much appreciated!"
