It was a little confusing the main entrance and a sign in the back of the establishment that said open door with room key,but i didn't even check inn yet ,it should probably read ,use room key after certain hours.

Le comportement des réceptionnistes n’était pas accueillant, ils sont neutres 😐 sauf une femme pour la nuit, elle était très accueillante Concernant la chambre, le lit était très petit en comparaison d’autres hôtel que je me suis déjà séjournée selon le prix En plus, il n’y a pas de restaurant pour déjeuner juste une petite cafetière Au total, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Easy free parking including a covered area. Couteous/professional staff. Room amenities are very basic. Old style coffee maker (with coffee pouch versus pods). Hair dryer flimsy. Shower see-through is cute but the water sprays on the bathroom floor unless you point the showerhead to the opposite wall. Safes were not listed yet I thought all hotels had them in rooms; I had to carry passports around which is not ideal. The place is nice and clean.

The property is new and spacious. Conveniently located 15 mins from Quebec downtown. Parking was convenient, although a bit limited. We reached late at night and could find only a couple spots open. The room was ok. The sink was running slow. The bathroom floor was slippery even when dry, which was surprising. The furniture looked beaten up which was not expected in a new property.

We liked most aspects of our week-long sojourn in the Marriott Courtyard hotel just outside of Québec City. The hotel is modern and clean, but they did not change our sheets for the whole week and only made up the bed and cleaned every second day. The staff were great, but I don't think there is enough of them. We were disappointed that we were not allowed to bring our 8-year old granddaughter into the pool. We were paying a lot for our room, so it seems petty to have such restrictions. We tried the restaurant for breakfast twice in the seven mornings we stayed there. There was a very restrictive take-out menu and we had to pay more than 25 dollars for two teas, a croissant and toast. The second time we had a full breakfast and it was good but certainly not a bargain. We would think twice about staying in this hotel again.
