Our stay at Reportel was short, but we really enjoyed the spacious room and appreciated how clean it was. The only small issue was that the housekeeping team did not replenish the body wash in the bathroom. Overall, a pleasant stay and a comfortable room.

I loved the location and all the convenience surrounding. Super easy access to main roads, such as highway 138, 540, etc…. The room was fine but no microwave. Some minor maintenance issues such as toilet running, water tap was stripped. The price was good and would recommend it.

The room is clean and very accessible to the gas stations, stores and restaurants. The reception staffs were friendly, speak English and very accommodating. Just the hallway carpets needs a bit of maintaining a bit in cleaning or washing.

Staff was not welcoming at all at check-in, I arrived around 2 pm and I felt like I was bothering her. Walls are very thin, so you can hear the other room occupants. I was put in a room facing the boulevard and I was woken up really early every morning by a garbage truck in the McDonald’s parking lot. Otherwise great location and price

Lots of parking. Convenient location. Many places to eat within walking distance. Nice bed, pillows and towels. Broken flooring in our room which was a tripping hazard. Room fridge and hotel ice machine didn’t work. Overall this hotel needs a lot of repairs. Property outside needs work too. Building very worn and tired looking.
