overall good stay only weird thing is the floors are aplit level so the baggage cart may not make it to your room. other then that rooms renovated,comfortable sleep and good value for price

The stay was good, great location close to downtown and other attractions which is a plus. However, the food options are very limited and the room had issues with the air conditioning and cleaning was not upto the mark. When called for support, the room service staff came in to check and provided temporary solutions with.a table fan. But, a hotel with a star rating should have sufficient backup options to make the guest experience exceptional. Parking was fantastic and free which is a bonus to the stay.

They do false advertisement. It's showed me 96$ per night. After I booked they changed me different prices for different days between 128$ to 178$, which is insane. After reaching I came to know my room is in basement with no lift facilities. I have to carry my heavy languages with kid. No microwave in room. They charged for breakfast also but after reaching there they informed they have closed kitchen. Very bad and terrible experience
