It was a nice and clean hotel. Would have preferred an earlier check than 4pm and a breakfast. Coffee selection in the lobby was good.

We arrived a bit early couldn’t get our room for an hour. The air conditioner was not working when we did get our room. We waited until 8pm to get another room. We were given no apology and the guy working at the desk was rude. Oh and when we got there we had zero towels in our room.
